In order to customize their standardized landing page, Healthcare Professionals can go to Virtual Consultation > Customization.
Stand-alone page customization
When using the stand-alone Virtual Consultation page, a few customization functionalities are available:
Redirect the stand-alone Virtual Consultation page logo to a custom URL. When set, patients will be redirected towards this URL when they click on the logo in the top left corner of the stand-alone lead generation page.
Customize the catchline (both title and subtitle)
Hide the practice details Note: if the practice details are incorrect, they can be updated in the My Practice tab.
Redirect patients to a custom page, upon submission confirmation. After patients have submitted all their photos, they can be redirected to a specified page. This enables to use a dedicated practice webpage where more tracking can be added, or a custom message can be displayed.
Form customization
Healthcare Professionals can customize the questions that appear in the patient questionnaire during the Virtual Consultation Scan process.
By default, they will see the question: What is your primary goal for treatment?
Clicking on + add a question allows adding a new question. Healthcare Professionals can ask a maximum of 10 questions in their patient questionnaire.
