Be notified when a new screening is available

Healthcare Professionals can receive an automatic alert every time a new Screening Report is available. They can choose to be alerted by email and/or SMS.

Prompt patients to book an appointment

Healthcare Professionals can “Prompt Appointment Booking”.

When the patient appointment setting is enabled, patients will be prompted to book an appointment when they view their Screening Report.

There are two options:

  • The practice has an external booking system (such as Calendly), directly accessible by patients. In this case, Healthcare Professionals will need to enter the booking system URL and click on Save. When patients click on the “Book an appointment” button on their Screening Report, they will be redirected to this link.

  • The practice only has an internal booking system or no booking system. In this case, when patients click on the “Book an appointment” button on their Screening Report, they will be requested to fill their phone number and communicate their availability (optional). Healthcare Professionals will then receive an appointment booking request by email.
